The award-winning Albanian author Fatos Lubonja will be describing his own experiences based upon his 17 years in Albanian gulags and forced labour camps during Enver Hoxha’s regime. Lubonja’s memoir, SECOND SENTENCE: Inside the Albanian Gulag will be on sale. This is the first time that anything has been published in English on the Albanian gulags.
